"If you are staying in self-catering at St Lucia, I would suggest buying all non-perishable food ahead of your trip, and perishable food it you can, and bringing these with you. The SPAR in St Lucia is really going to town on high prices and has very little product variety/choice. Quite disappointed with this. Also beware, not much animal spotting in Cape Vidal, so a visit to the main game parks close-by would be a better suggestion."
